Our story in London Property Industry begins in 2009
How it all began...
After the 2008 financial crisis, we didn't have much choice...
Marek, then working as a freelance photographer for a renowned company marketing large luxury properties, found himself practically overnight with only one or two assignments a month. The real estate market practically froze overnight. At the company he worked for, the number of daily assignments suddenly dropped from around 80 to just a few.
The consequences were obvious, but one thing was certain: if he wanted to continue making a living from photography, he had no choice but to enter a safer field.
And so, taking small steps, he and Monika, starting completely from scratch, decided to seriously pursue wedding photography. They focused on photojournalism, because it was what they had both always loved. Things took off incredibly well, and at the same time, the property industry, in which Marek was still professionally active, came back to life...
They had to choose one thing to truly focus on completely and dedicatedly. They focused on property photography because it was more permanent, more secure work, and allowed for free weekends...
And so it continues to this day, without a business plan, without loans to start the company, completely independent of anyone, only with 100% dedication.
