EPC assessments carried out by certified Domestic Energy Assessors

  Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are not part of our core photography services.

  We occasionally provide EPC assessments as a supporting service for existing property clients, typically alongside photography, floor plans or other property marketing materials.

   An EPC is a legal requirement for most properties that are built, sold or let in the UK, although some properties are exempt — you can find more information here .

  An EPC outlines key information about a property’s energy efficiency and provides recommendations on how performance may be improved and CO₂ emissions reduced. All assessments are carried out by certified Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) in accordance with current UK regulations.
